This Website was produced in an attempt to jog the memories of all ex 28th Signal Regiment members who served in that wonderful establishment between the years of 1960 and 1970, no matter what your Corps or whether you be male or female.
If you served in Francisca Barracks in Forstwald (commonly called St Tonis) or in Rheindahlen matters not, hopefully there are photographic memories within this site to stir the brain cells, which like the rest of our bodies are getting just that little bit slower each year.
